On Friday morning, I had the pleasure of taking pictures for my freshman year English teacher from HV, Mrs. Furcron. I had seen her oldest, Lucy, only once (years ago), and had met Tessa, the middle child, when she was just a newborn (happened to run into them at the mall). I was surprised to see how grown up both of them are now and also loved getting to meet the newest daughter, Willa.
Going into this, I knew I wanted to capture the special bond that weaves a sisterhood. The bond that starts off so young, but is one that these three will share for the rest of their lives. In addition to that, I watched their personalities take over the shoot as they warmed up to the camera. Especially Tessa – that girl has got one big personality!
